Since 2002. I have been participating actively throughout the City in the communities of East Harlem/Harlem, the Lower East Side, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens in the different programs listed above. Some of the successful outcomes of our advocacy for our youths have been placements in Prep Schools such as: Blair Academy in New Jersey, The Kent School in Connecticut and the Masters’ School located in Dobbs Ferry, New York.

All of the young men that we have coached have been orientated with the factual based responsibilities and academic skills necessary for their college programs. Success in the classroom is directly related to their successful accomplishments as both students and athletes. They have acquired sufficient direction, guidance and aptitude necessary for academia, athletic competition and future business endeavors. The philosophy of the sports programs have fostered the importance of team work and community involvement while implementing positive interpersonal social skills to graduate from their respective college programs and enter the business world and give back and enhance the communities from which they emerged.
